On 26 May, D. Mandakh, Chairman of the Agency for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection (AFCCP) and Fernando Bertoli, Chief of Party of USAID/EPRC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aiming to assist the Authority in developing its public communications and capacity to conduct market analyses.
According to the MoU, EPRC will assist AFCCP with the:

According to the MoU, EPRC will assist AFCCP with the:
- Redesign of the Authority’s website to improve the dissemination of public information by providing an internship to the webmaster of the Authority
- Organization of a Forum on Competition to educate the public about competition in a market economy and the role of Authority in promoting fair competition
- Capacity and methodology to analyze markets in at least two economic sectors.
