In an effort to help standardize Mongolian terminology of corporate governance and related terms, the Corporate Governance Development Center (CGDC) completed and released an English-Mongolian Corporate Governance Glossary for public use.
An electronic version of the publication can be downloaded from the CGDC website www.cgdc.org.mn or form the project, www.eprc-chemonics.biz. The glossary is the product of collaboration between CGDC and the project to help develop a better understanding of corporate governance, its key concepts, and technical terms in the Mongolian language.
